Border Crossing Today. North Carolina to Virginia
Elizabeth City, NC to Suffolk, VA. 65.9 miles. A top ten riding day today Sunny and cool ( low 70's)and a combination of no winds and tail winds. Smooth quiet country roads . Acres and acres as far as you could see of winter wheat and new corn. Well they said Virginia will be hilly and so it was. We went from an elevation of 25 feet asl to 75 feet asl- just getting us ready for the real hills which will be down the road
